Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ProveIt AI mobile application and related services (the “Service”) operated by PUUR Business. By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and is incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area where a higher age applies) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission.

3. The service

ProveIt AI is an accountability tool that uses goals, deadlines, reminders/alarms, optional photo proof with AI verification, and AI coaching (Coach Aura). Features may change as we improve the product.

Access to the core Service requires an active ProveIt AI Pro subscription after sign-in (hard paywall). Limited marketing website content does not grant app access.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You may delete your account in the app (Account → Delete Account). Account deletion removes cloud records we control associated with your account, but does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid access is offered as auto-renewable Apple App Store subscriptions for ProveIt AI Pro (for example monthly and yearly plans). Prices shown in the app are localized by Apple/StoreKit. There is no free trial unless Apple later displays an introductory offer that we explicitly configure.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Manage or cancel anytime in Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies.
• Use Restore Purchases in the app if you reinstall or switch devices.

Licensed application end-user terms also include Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), unless a custom EULA is configured in App Store Connect.

6. AI-generated content and photo proof

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Coach responses and proof verification are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
• ProveIt AI is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
• Photo-proof decisions may approve or reject submissions based on AI analysis. Rejection reasons may be shown in the app and stored as text history.
• You should not rely on AI output for health or other important life decisions. Seek qualified professionals when needed.

7. Your responsibilities and user content

• Use the Service only for lawful personal accountability goals.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, exploitative, or violates others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass proof systems, abuse alarms/notifications, or disrupt the Service.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PUUR Business a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and use that content solely to provide the Service, including sending portions to processors described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and branding (excluding your user content) are and remain the property of PUUR Business and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials except as allowed by law or with our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs or proof decisions will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PUUR Business and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
